OK, where am I? Squinting amid the 1997-ish design of the home page I’ve just landed on, I learn I’m at CaribSports.com. The experience isn’t encouraging thus far. The two confusing nav-bars are overwhelmed by archaic banner and mini-banner ads, all sporting poor graphics trying to shill miscellaneous sportsbook offerings. There’s even a page-frame! Agghh! Although I want to leave right now, I’ll brave a few internal links and see if there’s any hidden gems in the form of betting value.

Facepalm… This book is clearly an amateur-hour operation. NBA and NFL feature dime lines, but MLB lines start at a greedy 20 cents, as does NHL action.

Parlay odds are decidedly below-average, and there isn’t much variety to choose from. If they have an action limit, I can’t find it on any of their rules pages…

That leaves the silver lining. If you want to call CaribSports.com, they claim you can do so 24 hours a day. Their Daily Promotions page features a few token deposit bonuses and other weak novelty promos. Maybe the most interesting element of this book is a Player Picks link displaying the action that the book is taking on every event they’re chalking. But most of this book’s online features are sub-standard for the industry these days.

CaribSports.com is owned by an interest in faraway Switzerland, and operated out of Antigua. As internet books go, they’re an old-timer (online since 1997; I should have guessed…), so your action is probably safe.

But there are far better places for both value and sports-betting experience out there than these guys. I rate it a 1.9 on a scale of 1-5.
